SCB11, SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, SCB18 series resin-insulated dry-type power transformers. Product features: Safe, flame-retardant, pollution-free, can be directly installed at the load center, maintenance-free, easy to install, and low overall operating cost.

Good moisture resistance; can operate normally at 100% humidity; can be put into operation after shutdown without pre-drying.

Low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation; can operate at 150% rated load under forced air cooling. Equipped with a complete temperature protection and control system, providing reliable protection for the safe operation of the transformer.

High reliability; according to operational studies of products already in operation, the product reliability indicators have reached the international advanced level.

SCB11, SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, and SCB18 series resin-insulated dry-type power transformers:

Box-type coils: The low-voltage winding uses a single section of copper foil, along with F-class turn insulation, wound on a dedicated low-voltage foil winding machine. Foil-type coils effectively solve prominent problems in low-voltage, high-current windings, such as high short-circuit stress, ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation, and unstable winding helix angle and manual welding quality. Simultaneously, our company uses resin potting at the winding ends for curing and shaping, providing moisture and contamination protection. The lead copper busbars are automatically welded using hydrogen arc welding.

Temperature control device: The transformer uses a BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature sensing element is embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, automatically detecting and displaying the operating temperature of each phase coil, and providing over-temperature alarm and tripping functions.
